Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the rice in large glass bowl. Sprinkle 2 dessert spoons of salt and add boiled water, covering by a couple of centimeters. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.

2 Cook the AYTAÇ KAVURMA at low heat until the fat has been dissolved.

3 Rinse the rice under running water until the starch has been removed, drain. Add the drained rice on top of the AYTAÇ KAVURMA and fry at medium low heat for a couple of minutes.

4 Add 3 water glasses of beef broth and bring to the boil.

5 Reduce the heat when the water boils and cook until the water is absorbed.

6 Melt the butter in the pan until it foams, and then pour over the rice. Without squashing it, stir the rice.

7 Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.

8 Serve hot.
