1 Cover the base of an oven dish with the shredded AYTAÇ KAVURMA.
2 Peel and dice all the vegetables.
3 Core the bell peppers and slice into rings.
4 Finely chop the garlic.
5 Add the chopped vegetables on top of the AYTAÇ KAVURMA in the pot.
6 Create a hole in the middle and add some water.
7 Cook at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven until the vegetables soften.
