1 Cut the filo pastry in half to make two pieces.
2 Whisk the milk, egg and salt, then thoroughly brush it all over the crescent shaped dough.
3 Put cheese, the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI and the seasoning mix on the wider part, then roll and place them on the baking tray by wrapping.
4 Wrap the other sheets of filo pastry in the same way and place them on the tray. Brush the remaining egg wash on the pastry and cook at 200 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
