Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the flour in the mixing bowl. Add salt and ground sugar. Form a pool in the middle on the flour. Place the yeast in the middle. Pour the oil and melt on the yeast. Break the egg. Add warm water. Melt in the yeast using your hands.

2 Knead the dough after mixing in the liquid in the middle. Make a soft dough.

3 Mix the grape molasses and water on a plate. Take pieces from the dough and roll them. Roll them on the counter to stretch them like tubes. Attach the two ends.

4 Also put sesame on another plate. Dip the round doughs in the water with grape molasses and then, in the sesame seeds.

5 Lay them on greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Cook at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven. Slice the Turkish simits in half after they are cooked.

6 Spread cheese at the bottom. Add lettuce. Slice the AYTAÇ KAVURMA, tomato and kashar cheese. Place the AYTAÇ KAVURMA, tomato and kashar cheese slice on the lettuce. Add the top slice of Turkish simit and serve.
