Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Chop the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan to sauté the mushrooms.

2 Slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK, fry with the mushrooms and remove from the heat.

3 Grate the white cheese and kashar cheese into a mixing bowl.

4 Dust the counter with flour and make three lines of puff pastry sheets in a square arrangement.

5 Press on the connecting parts. Roll out the dough to fit a square oven tray. Do the same process for the other sheets of puff pastry. Put the dough on an oiled baking tray.

6 Shred the filo pastry into pieces and place on the puff pastry.

7 Pour and spread the mushroom and cheese mix.

8 Shred the other filo pastry and scatter over the mix. Cover it by using the other sheet of filo pastry you have rolled. Slice the pastry.

9 Pour the mineral water into the bowl. Add the oil and yogurt, and whisk. Pour the sauce over the pastry and let it rest for 20 minutes to absorb the sauce.

10 Cook at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven until golden brown.
