Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Finely chop the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK.

2 Grate the tomatoes.

3 Gently rinse the rice and keep in salty water for 30 minutes.

4 Melt the butter and sunflower oil in a cooking pot.

5 Add the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK and fry.

6 Add the rice and keep frying.

7 Add and mix the tomatoes a couple of minutes later.

8 Add 2 1/2-3 glasses of water and leave to simmer.

9 Once simmered, add salt and close the lid.

10 Cook on a low heat. Check the water level occasionally. If there is not sufficient water, add some more.

11 Remove from the stove once cooked.

12 Leave it rest for 15-25 minutes, then sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.

    1 tablespoon of butter

    200 grams of AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK

    2 tomatoes

    2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

  • 2.5-3 glasses of hot water

    Salt

    3 sprigs of finely chopped parsley
