1 Finely chop the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ BEEF SUJUK.
2 To make the pastry, put flour in a mixing bowl. Put the yeast in the center and salt on the sides, adding as much water as it can take while kneading.
3 To make the meatballs, put the mince meat, grated onion and garlic, finely chopped parsley, black pepper, cumin and salt to knead with the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ BEEF SUJUK.
4 Very thinly spread the pastry dough you have made. Role it by wrapping the meatballs and put a little water on the sides to make sure they stick.
5 Cover with stretch film and leave to rest in the fridge for a while. Once they get a little harder, slice them and lay on the oiled oven tray. Brush with some egg yolk and cook at 180 degrees.
6 For the sauce, whisk the yogurt in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, parsley and pickled vegetables on top.
7 Serve the meatballs alongside the sauce.
