Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Place 2 sheets of filo pastry on top of one another. Cut and divide into 4 pieces. Gently brush with oil using an egg brush. Fold the sides and brush with the egg wash first.

2 Slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK. Sprinkle the kashar cheese and AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK on the filo pastry. Envelope the filo pastry.

3 Heat up a non-stick pan and place the pancakes on it. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

4 Lightly rub butter on the cooked pancakes and serve.

    2 eggs

    1/2 water glass of grated kashar cheese

    125 grams of AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK

  • 1/2 teaspoon of oil

    1/2 tablespoon of butter
