Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the flour in the mixing bowl. Add salt and open the center like a pool. Add the fresh yeast. Pour the oil and milk on the yeast.

2 Add the eggs. Add warm water. Dissolve the yeast using your hands. Knead the dough after mixing the liquid in the middle.

3 Make a soft dough. Take pieces from the dough and make oval shapes.

4 Lay the dough on greaseproof paper in a baking tray. Rub egg yolk wash on them and sprinkle sesame seeds.

5 Cover the tray and leave to rise. Once risen, cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven.

6 Slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK in long strings. Slice the halloumi cheese.

7 Cook the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and halloumi cheese for about 5 minutes on each side. Cut the tips of the cooked sandwich bread.

8 Put the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and halloumi cheese inside. Add ketchup and mustard to serve.

    250 grams of halloumi cheese

    Ketchup

    Mustard
