Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Cook 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wide pot on a medium heat.

2 Fry the garlic until golden.

3 Add the chopped AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES and sauté until brown. Remove from the stove.

4 Cook 2 tablespoons of olive oil in another pot at medium heat.

5 Fry the onion and leek. Add the rice and cook for 3 minutes.

6 When the rice absorbs the water, add a scoop of chicken broth and stir continuously. The rice must be soft enough to chew, but also retain some bite.

7 When the rice reaches the desired consistency, add the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES and the tomatoes.

8 Keep cooking until the water is absorbed. Remove from the stove and add butter, parsley and thyme.

9 Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil

    5 cloves of chopped garlic


    1 chopped onion

    1 finely chopped leek

    2 water glasses of rice

    4 1/2 glass of chicken broth

  • 10 peeled and chopped tomatoes

    4 tablespoons of butter

    1/4 chopped parsley

    2 tablespoons of thyme

    1/2 glass of parmesan cheese
