Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Wash the lettuce leaves and drain.

2 Slice them finely and put into a deep bowl.

3 Julienne the pickles, roasted pepper and the AYTAÇ - BEEF SALAMI WITH PISTACHIO.

4 Add all the other ingredients into the salad bowl.

5 Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, crushed garlic and red pepper flakes in another bowl for the sauce, and then season with salt and ground black pepper. Pour over the salad.

6 Mix and serve.

Material List

  • 1/2 head of lettuce

    2 roasted bell peppers

    100 grams of AYTAÇ - BEEF SALAMI WITH PISTACHIO

    7-8 jalapeno peppers

    4 pickles

    5-6 stuffed olives

    7-8 sprigs of finely chopped parsley

    1 teaspoon of crushed walnut

  • 1 dessert spoon of mustard

    1 teaspoon of mayonnaise

    1 teaspoon of yogurt with its water strained off

    1 clove of crushed garlic

    Red pepper flakes

    Salt and ground black pepper
