Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Drain the rice and boil in salt water for 15 minutes.

2 Add the herbs and scallions, and stir with fork. Simmer at low heat for a few more minutes, and then drain.

3 Heat half of the oil in the pan, add one tablespoon of water and put the rice in. Chop the AYTAÇ DANA HAM and add to the pan.

4 Cook it for 10 minutes at a very low heat and check to see whether it is half-cooked.

5 Add the remaining oil, cinnamon and saffron water, and then cover the pan with a clean towel. Tightly cover the pan with a lid and let it steam in its own steam for 30-40 minutes.

  • 100 grams of AYTAÇ BEEF HAM

    2 glasses of basmati rice (kept in water for 2 hours)

    2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

    2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander

    2 tablespoons of chopped chives

    1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill

    3-4 bunches of chopped scallions

  • 4 tablespoons of butter

    Cinnamon

    2-3 strands of saffron

    doused in boiled water

    Salt
