Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Wash the red lentils, wholewheat rice and fine cracked wheat with plenty of water, and drain.

2 Remove the pot and add hot water. Simmer while occasionally stirring with a wooden spoon until the pulses soften.

3 Chop the onions.

4 Remove the sunflower oil into another pot and fry them at low heat.

5 Add crumbled AYTAÇ KAVURMA

6 Fry for a couple of minutes and add the mix into the pot with the vegetables.

7 Season with salt.

8 Distribute the soup into the bowl and sprinkle red pepper flakes over it.

9 Serve hot.

  • 1 water glass of lentils

    1 coffee cup of wholewheat rice

    1 coffee cup of bulgur pilaf for meatballs

    6 glasses of hot water

    2 onions

  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil

    250 grams of AYTAÇ KAVURMA

    Red pepper flakes
