Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the boiled chick peas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, lukewarm water and salt in a blender.

2 Blend the mixture until you get a smooth paste.

3 Place the mix onto a serving dish. Sprinkle ground pepper on it.

4 Chop the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ - BEEF SUJUK into centimeter-thick pieces.

5 Melt the butter in a pan.

6 Add the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ - BEEF SUJUK and gently fry, before removing from the heat.

7 Place the cooked AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ - BEEF SUJUK and melted butter on top of the humus.

8 Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and serve.

  • 2 water glasses of boiled chick peas

    1 teaspoon of tahini

    4 tablespoons of lukewarm water

    2 cloves of garlic

    Juice of 1 lemon

    Salt

  • 10 slices of AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ - BEEF SUJUK

    2 tablespoons of butter

    1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

    2 sprigs of fresh thyme
