1 Peel and dice the cucumbers into small pieces.
2 Mix the chopped cucumbers, cream cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt in a bowl.
3 Spread half of the mix on the first lavash.
4 Add half of the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM, lengthways, ensuring it meets the edge of the lavash.
5 Cover with 5 leaves of rocket and wrap the lavash bread tightly.
6 Do the same for the second lavash, then cover them with stretch film and leave to rest for 1 hour.
7 Take the lavash from the fridge, slice the edges at a width of 1-2 centimeters and serve.
