1 First, whisk all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and leave to sit in the fridge.
2 Cut the AYTAÇ ÇİFTLİK CHICKEN BREAST in the middle into two pieces. Open the stretch film on a solid surface and place the chicken breast on it. Cover it with couple of layers of stretch film and tenderize.
3 Put on the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI and kashar cheese, and close it up.
4 Coat the chicken with the flour, whisked egg and breadcrumbs, in that order.
5 Put oil in the pan and heat it.
6 Add the chicken and cook until brown on both sides.
7 Put on a serving dish with a towel on it to take the excess oil out. Cut in half and serve with the mustard sauce.

4 slices of kashar cheese
Salt and ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 dessert spoon of mustard
1 dessert spoon of soy sauce
15 minutes preparation time
35 minutes cooking time
