Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the finely sliced shallots in a small bowl.

2 Add salt, rosemary and olive oil. Let the mix rest for 10 minutes.

3 Toast the bread slices on both sides. Spread softened butter on the side of each bread slice.

4 Place the slices on a flat plate and top with shredded AYTAÇ KAVURMA.

5 Place the chopped shallots on top of the bread and serve immediately.

  • 100 grams of AYTAÇ KAVURMA

    1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary

    2 finely sliced shallots

    4 slices of sliced bread

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

    1 tablespoon of softened butter
