Step-by-Step Instructions

1 For the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the tomato paste. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Keep it hot.

2 Dice the AYTAÇ KAVURMA meat.

3 Dice the long green peppers and tomatoes.

4 Put the diced meat and vegetables onto the skewers one by one, then fry in the pan.

5 Slice the pittas and lay them at the bottom of the plate.

6 Lay the fried skewers on top of them.

7 Pour the tomato sauce over them and serve.

    2 pitta breads

    4 tomatoes

    4 long green peppers

    Small skewers

  • Tomato paste

    Olive oil
