Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Slice the AYTAÇ - CHICKEN COCKTAIL SAUSAGES into 2-cm pieces. Line them up onto a deep square-shaped tray.

2 Rub corn oil on them. Cook for 10 minutes at 220 degrees in a pre-heated oven.

3 Meanwhile, for the Yorkshire pudding batter, mix the flour and salt in a bowl.

4 Open in the middle like a pool. Break in the eggs.

5 Add half of the milk and whisk well with a wooden spatula.

6 Add the remaining milk and water, and keep whisking until getting a smooth batter.

7 Pour the batter on the AYTAÇ - CHICKEN COCKTAIL SAUSAGES.

8 Bake in the same oven for another 20-30 minutes.

9 Sprinkle with basil and serve with lemon slices.

    1 sprig of fresh basil leaf
