1 Soak the white beans overnight. The next day, boil them until soft.
2 Finely chop the onion.
3 Put the butter in a pot and melt at low heat.
4 After it melts, add the onion and cook until browned.
5 Add the chopped garlic, tomato purée and salt on top.
6 Stir for about 3 minutes and add the shredded AYTAÇ KAVURMA.
7 Remove from the stove.
8 Add to the AYTAÇ KAVURMA mix along with the boiled white beans water and stir.
9 Put on medium heat again and cook for 15 minutes.
