Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Drain the wheat you soaked the night before and boil it in plenty of water. Drain the water.

2 Peel and dice the onions.

3 Crush the garlic. Fry the chopped onions and garlic in a hot pan. Add the saffron.

4 Add the boiled wheat and parsley, and stir throughly.

5 Add the cream and let the risotto absorb fully.

6 Dice the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM in small pieces.

7 Simmer the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM at medium heat in another pan.

8 Add the cooked AYTAÇ BEEF HAM to the risotto and stir.

9 Season with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
