Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Cook the flour and butter for a couple of minutes.

2 Add cold water and simmer until boiling.

3 Finely chop the thyme and tarragon.

4 Add the shredded AYTAÇ KAVURMA, salt and pepper.

5 Cook it until it boils one more time.

6 Add shredded tarragon and thyme.

7 Serve hot.

    2 tablespoons of flour

    1 tablespoon of butter

    7 glasses of water

  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme

    1 leaf of fresh tarragon

    Salt and ground black pepper
