Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with mint until they soften (about 10 minutes). Add to the salad bowl after draining the water and letting cool for a while.

2 Heat up the oil in a frying pan and cook at low heat until soft. Add finely diced AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI and keep cooking for a couple of more minutes.

3 Put the garlic in and fry for a minute, then add the chopped herbs, vinegar and mustard, and top it off with salt and black pepper.

4 Add the mix on top of the potatoes and stir, before serving warm.

  • 900 grams small size potatoes

    1 sprig of mint

    1-2 tablespoons or 15-30 ml of olive oil

    1 chopped onion

    175 grams of AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI

    2 cloves of crushed garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

    1 small bunch of chopped scallions

    1 tablespoon or 15 ml of apple vinegar

    1 tablespoon or 15 ml whole mustard seed

    Salt and ground black pepper
