1 Break the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk and oil, and whisk. Sprinkle water. Add flour and whisk.
2 Heat up the oiled crepe pan. Use a ladle to pour the crepe dough into the pan. Cook both sides by turning over and place the crepes on the counter.
3 Chop the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and peppers.
4 Put oil in the pan and heat.
5 Add the peppers, corn and the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK to the pan and sauté. Distribute between the crepes after sautéing. Add the grated kashar cheese and chopped parsley. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
6 Close up the crepes like a parcel.
7 Line them up on an oiled oven tray, folded side up.
8 Dice the tomatoes and put one on each crepe.
9 Cook for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
