Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Dice the long green peppers and the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ BEEF SUJUK into small pieces.

2 Put oil in the pan and sauté the peppers. Top them with the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK.

3 Dice the tomatoes. Put in the pan. Sauté and put to one side.

4 Oil the pan. Put the first sheet of filo pastry on it. Melt the butter and brush it onto the filo pastry. Shred the second sheet of filo pastry and sprinkle the pieces on it little by little. Rub more butter.

5 Add the inside mix. Grate kashar cheese and white cheese on them. Top with shredded filo pastry. Rub melted butter in between. Cover it by using the excess filo pastry from the first sheet of filo pastry.

6 Cook at medium heat by turning over.
