1 Cut 1 sheet of filo pastry in half to make two pieces.
2 Whisk the milk, egg and salt, then thoroughly brush it all over the crescent shaped dough.
3 Put cheese, the AYTAÇ KAVURMA and the seasoning mix on the wider part, then roll, wrap and place them on the baking tray.
4 Wrap the other filo pastry sheets in the same way and place them on the tray. Brush the remaining egg wash on the pastry and cook at 200 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
