Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Remove the crust from the toasted bread slices, then blend the centers into breadcrumbs.

2 Finely chop the parsley.

3 Dice small the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK.

4 Crush the garlic well.

5 Mix the bread, parsley, garlic, thyme, olive oil, the diced AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK, salt and pepper well.

6 Cut the tomatoes in half and line them up on an oven tray with the cut parts facing up.

7 Top them with equal amounts of the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK mix. Cook in hot oven for 10 minutes until roasted.
