Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Place corn oil in a cooking pan.

2 Add small pieces of chopped AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK and fry.

3 Add tarhana to the fried AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK and turn them over a couple of times.

4 Slowly add hot water to tarhana.

5 Add the tomato purée to thicken.

6 Let it simmer at low heat.

7 Cook for 10 minutes and remove from the stove.

8 Sprinkle grated kashar cheese over it and serve.

    200 grams of AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK

    1 tablespoon of tomato purée

    1 teaspoon of corn oil

  • 7-8 glasses of water

    Salt
