Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Line up the unpeeled tomatoes in an oven dish and pour olive oil on them. Cook for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees in a pre-heated oven. Take them out and peel the skin before cutting in half.

2 Chop the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK in rings and grill them.

3 Toast the bread and spread butter.

4 Crush the garlic and sprinkle over the bread.

5 Place under cooked and peeled tomatoes on top of the bread. Top them with the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and serve hot.
