1 Put the minced meat in the mixing bowl. Finely slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and add to the bowl. Break in the egg. Grate in the onion. Add salt, black pepper, cumin and some of the breadcrumbs, then knead them.
2 Take walnut-sized balls of the meatball mix and roll. Press on them a little to flatten. Using in a pan with a little vegetable oil, fry both sides of the meatballs.
3 For the salad vinaigrette, slice the onion, parsley and roasted bell peppers to put them to the mixing bowl. Add the black-eyed peas. Remove the pits from the olives.
4 Slice the olives and add to the salad vinaigrette. Add the vinegar, olive oil and stir. Put the bean salad on a serving dish.
5 Arrange the meatballs and serve.
