Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Finely dice the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK and green peppers.

2 Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a deep bowl.

3 Knead after adding the eggs, olive oil and butter.

4 Once you get a smooth dough, knead it after adding the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK and green peppers.

5 Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 45 minutes.

6 Spread oil on a fluted cake mould.

7 Make a long and thick roll from the dough and put it in the mould.

8 Leave it to rise for another 30 minutes.

9 Score the dough with a knife.

10 Cook at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven until golden brown.

11 Leave it to rest and then slice.

12 Serve.

    1 red bell pepper
