Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Wash and dry the potatoes before peeling them. Chop them into thin slices.

2 Put the salt and potatoes in a pot of cold water. After bringing to the boil, cook for 5 minutes at low heat.

3 Fry the olive oil in a pan.

4 Cut the onions into a crescent shape. Fry them in the pan for a couple of minutes and add the potatoes.

5 Keep cooking for 5-6 minutes at medium heat until the potatoes turn brown.

6 Cut the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES in 1 cm thickness and place in the pan.

7 Add salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.

8 Whisk the eggs in the mixing bowl, then add the fried potatoes, the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES and onions.

9 Heat up a separate pan and add the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES, potatoes and eggs.

10 Cook each side of the omelet for a couple of minutes, turning it over.

11 Remove from the stove.

12 Slice it and garnish with scallion stalks.

13 Grate on cheese and serve.

    4 eggs

    3 stalks of scallion
