Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Sauté the flour in butter until lightly browned.

2 Slowly add the milk to the flour and keep stirring to prevent it from congealing.

3 Add salt and black pepper. Cook while stirring.

4 Allow the mixture to thicken, then remove from heat.

5 Boil the spaghetti in salted water.

6 Boil the mushrooms and finely slice them.

7 Dice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK into small pieces and stir into the Béchamel sauce along with the mushrooms.

8 Once the pasta is ready, drain and wash under cold water. Put half a spoon of butter into the pot.

9 Add the pasta and mix.

10 Transfer to a platter and top with Béchamel sauce with AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK. Sprinkle fresh thyme and serve hot.
