Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Peel the shallots. Chop the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM

2 Heat up the oil in a large cooking pot, add the onion, garlic, pepper and tomatoes, and fry.

3 Add the lamb and keep frying for another 5-6 minutes. Add the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM.

4 Add 1 tea glass of hot water, salt, ground black pepper and ground red pepper. Cook at low heat for about 15 minutes and serve hot.

  • 800 grams of diced chunks of lamb

    100 grams of AYTAÇ BEEF HAM

    18 shallots

    6 cloves of garlic

    1 very finely chopped green bell pepper

    1 very finely chopped red bell pepper

  • 3 diced tomatoes

    2 sprigs of fresh thyme

    2 tablespoons of olive oil

    Salt and ground black pepper

    Red pepper flakes
