Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Melt 1 dessert spoon of butter in a cooking pot at low heat.

2 Add the small chopped garlic and sauté.

3 Add the AYTAÇ KAVURMA and cook.

4 In another pan, fry the diced potatoes and carrots in butter.

5 Finely chop the dill and scallions, and add the AYTAÇ KAVURMA.

6 Add salt, ground black pepper and thyme, and then mix.

7 Serve.

  • 1 sprig of scallions

    1 sprig of dill
