Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Cut the bread into 4 thick slices and fry until golden brown.

2 Cut the roasted peppers into thick slices and put them on the crispy bread slices, along with the AYTAÇ - HUNGARIAN BEEF SALAMI.

3 Finely slice the mozzarella, place on the bread and season with plenty of ground black pepper.

4 Heat up the grill and toast the bread and cheese until the cheese melts.

5 Sprinkle basil leaves and serve immediately.

  • 1/2 loaf of ciabatta bread

    1 peeled and roasted red bell pepper

    1 peeled and roasted yellow bell pepper

    4 thickly sliced pieces of AYTAÇ - HUNGARIAN BEEF SALAMI

  • 50 grams of low-fat mozzarella cheese

    Ground black pepper

    Small sprigs of fresh basil to garnish
