1 Boil and drain the pasta.
2 Finley dice the AYTAÇ MEATY BEEF SALAMI.
3 Grate the tomatoes.
4 Fry the onions and garlic in a pan until golden brown.
5 Add the AYTAÇ MEATY BEEF SALAMI and sauté.
6 When slightly brown, add the tomato purée.
7 Add the grated tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
8 Add the salt and thyme followed by the pasta.
9 Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and grated kashar cheese.
