1 Wash the spinach and chop. Peel the onion and chop. Clean the carrots and grate. Slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK. Let the butter sit at room temperature to soften.
2 Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onions until they are golden brown. Add the spinach, carrot and the sliced AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK. Add salt and seasoning and fry. Remove from the stove and leave to cool down.
3 Beat butter, yogurt and 1 egg in a bowl. Add the flour and baking powder, and form a smooth pastry dough. Put the pastry in an oiled quiche pan and spread it by pressing with your hand.
4 Prick holes on top with a fork. Spread the mix consisting of the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ GURME BEEF SUJUK with spinach on top.
5 Beat 1 egg, milk and grated kashar cheese in another bowl and pour on top of the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK with spinach mixture.
6 Cook for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven. Serve warm.
