Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Boil the potatoes in salted boiled water for 10-15 minutes.

2 Drain them, add grated cheddar cheese and butter, then puree.

3 Add the AYTAÇ - HUNGARIAN BEEF SALAMI, flour, salt and ground black pepper.

4 Make 8 pieces of 1-cm thick meatballs.

5 Heat olive oil in a pan.

6 Fry the meatballs for 4-5 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

7 Place them on paper towel to drain the oil before serving.

  • 500 grams of peeled and diced potatoes

    2 tablespoons of butter

    1/4 water glass of grated cheddar cheese

    4 slices of small chopped AYTAÇ - HUNGARIAN BEEF SALAMI

  • 1/2 water glasses of flour

    1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Salt and ground black pepper
