Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Boil and drain the pasta.

2 Chop the AYTAÇ KAVURMA into small pieces.

3 Grate the tomatoes.

4 Fry the onions and garlic in a pan until golden brown.


6 Add the tomato purée after frying a little.

7 Add the grated tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.

8 Lastly, add salt and thyme before adding the pasta.

9 Place it on a serving dish and sprinkle kashar cheese.

    100 grams of AYTAÇ KAVURMA

    3 tomatoes

    1 onion

    3 cloves of garlic
