Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

2 Put a pan on the stove and heat. Add the butter and melt it.

3 Julienne the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM.

4 Add the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM slices, onion and garlic, and stir them.

5 Add the cream and simmer. Add the grated parmesan cheese and simmer for 2 more minutes before removing from the stove.

6 After taking it off the stove, add the chopped parsley and stir.

7 Drain the penne pasta and add to the sauce.

8 Keep cooking at medium heat until the pasta is fully covered in sauce. Sprinkle a little bit more black pepper on top.

9 Garnish with parsley and serve right away in a bowl, with grated kashar cheese.

  • 1 pack of penne pasta

    8 slices of AYTAÇ BEEF HAM

    200 ml of cream

    1 finely chopped small onion

    1 dessert spoon of butter

  • 1 clove of finely chopped garlic

    5-6 sprigs of finely chopped parsley

    2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

    Salt and ground black pepper
