1 Finely chop the onions.

2 Melt the butter in a pan.

3 Put the onion and fry, then put the AYTAÇ KAVURMA, salt and black pepper.

4 Use a rolling pin to thin out the square-shaped puff pastry dough.

5 Put about a spoon of your mix in the middle of the pastry and close it up like a bundle.

6 Arrange the pastries on the baking tray.

7 Brush with egg wash.

8 Cook for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees in a pre-heated oven.

    4-5 scallions

    1 onion

    1/2 sprig of parsley

  • 1 egg yolk (for the egg wash)

    2 tablespoons of butter
