1 Pour some water into a mid-size ball to warm it up and then, discard the water.
2 Add the yeast onto the bowl with some warm water. Add sugar and beat with a fork. Let is sit for 5-10 minutes until the dough separates and bubbles.
3 Add 1/3 of the flour and salt to the yeast, then whisk with a wooden spoon. Add 1/3 of the other part of the flour until the dough thickens and gets separated from the sides of the bowl.
4 Sprinkle some of the remaining flour on the counter. Take the dough that is in the bowl. Add the remaining flour little by little and knead it for 8-10 minutes it into a soft dough ball.
5 Lightly oil a bowl and put the dough in it. Place a wet towel over it and let it rest for about 40 -50 minutes until the dough puffs double its size.
6 Press with your fist and knead for a couple of minutes to deflate the dough.
7 Flatten the dough to a disk shape on a counter with flour sprinkled on it and roll it out until it gets 5-7 mm thin.
8 Place the dough on a slightly oiled tray by folding and forming a thick edge.
9 Heat the oven to 250 degrees and keep it on for at least 20 minutes.
10 Put the tomatoes through the puree machine. Spread the pureed tomatoes on the dough, leaving the sides empty.
11 Sprinkle equal amount of the stringy cheese on the dough and cover it with sliced AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI.
12 Add the marjoram, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
