1 To make the dressing, first deseed and chop the chili pepper.
2 Chop the coriander.
3 Add and whisk the sesame oil, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt.
4 Wash the beans and soak in water for a couple of hours. Drain and then boil in water, adding clove.
5 Cut the bell pepper in half and core it. Dice it.
6 Dice the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGE into small pieces and boil. Drain.
7 Put the mixed beans, the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGES and bell pepper in a bowl.
8 Add the dressing and mix thoroughly.

1 red bell pepper

5-6 sprigs of fresh coriander
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
