Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Heat the olive oil on a saucepan.

2 Dice the onion, celery stalk, carrot and garlic.

3 Put the onions, carrots, celery stalk and garlic in the pot and sauté for 8-10 minutes.

4 Dice the AYTAÇ DANA HAM and add to the pan. Cook while continuously stirring. Add the tomato purée and turn over. Add the milk and cook at low heat for 1 hour. Season to add flavor.

5 Spread some sauce on the bottom of the lasagna bowl. Form layers by alternating the lasagna sheets and sauce.

6 Cover the last layer with the sauce completely and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven.

    100 grams of tomato purée

    110 ml of milk
