Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Dice the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI.

2 Cut 2-cm thick ring pieces of kokorec. Then divide each ring to four pieces.

3 Put the kokorec in a non-stick pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes while stirring with a wooden spatula.

4 Add the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI and sauté. Place on a serving dish and top with thyme, red pepper and salt.
