Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the flour in the mixing bowl. Add the yeast, salt and ground sugar and mix.

2 Add milk, oil and as much water as it can take. Make a soft dough.

3 Shape the dough like a dove, wipe water and douse them with sesame oil.

4 Leave to rise for 10 minutes in the oven at 40 degrees. Afterwards, remove and cook in the oven at 180 degrees.

5 Cut the top parts after the initial heat is gone.

6 Slice the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI to grill.

7 Put the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI, the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and the bell peppers inside. Add sliced kashar cheese and tomatoes, and serve.

  • 250 grams of flour

    1/2 packet of dry yeast

    1 egg

    1/2 water glass of milk

    1 teaspoon of oil

    Salt

    2 tablespoons of ground sugar

    Add flour to top

  • 1 bowl of sesame

    125 grams of AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK

    125 grams of AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI

    100 grams of kashar cheese

    2 tomatoes

    2 long green peppers
