1 Dice the pitta bread.

3 Chop the AYTAÇ KAVURMA finely and lengthways. Line up the AYTAÇ KAVURMA on a grill pan and cook.
4 Place the sliced pitta bread on the serving dish. Put the cooked AYTAÇ KAVURMA on top.
5 Sauté the long green peppers in a pan.
6 Cut the tomatoes in four and sauté.
7 Place beaten yogurt and tomato sauce on each side of the plate.
8 Top with tomatoes and bell peppers.
9 Melt the butter and pour it over.
