1 Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, white cheese, kashar cheese and garlic.
2 Spread half of the mix you have prepared on the first lavash.
3 Sprinkle the crushed walnut on top. Line up half of AYTAÇ BEEF HAM widthwise, starting at a over the edge of the lavash bread.
4 Cover with 2 leaves of lettuce and wrap the lavash tightly.
5 Do the same for the second lavash, then cover them with stretch film and leave to rest for 1 hour.
6 Take the lavash from the fridge, slice the edges at a width of 1-2 centimeters and serve.
