1 Finely chop the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM. Sauté in a pan for a couple of minutes and drain the excess the oil.
2 Break the eggs into a small bowl and add salt.
3 Gently whisk with a fork.
4 Put butter in an omelet pan and heat it.
5 Dice the Gruyère cheese.
6 Finely chop the parsley.
7 Add the Gruyère cheese, parsley and egg to the AYTAÇ BEEF HAM, and mix with a fork.
8 When it thickens, tip the pan toward the front. Bend the omelet with a fork. Turn the front side upside-down toward the bent part. Serve.
